This website serves solely to provide information about the apps of JRMedia. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking, no analytics tools and no advertising networks. There are no contact forms and no user accounts. Contact is made by e-mail or telephone.

3. Hosting (GitHub Pages)

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (so-called server log files), including:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• the file / URL requested and the amount of data transferred
• referrer URL and information about browser and operating system

This processing is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). The fonts used on this website are served locally from this server (self-hosting) and are not loaded from external providers such as Google Fonts. Accessing the website therefore involves no connection to Google servers and no transfer of your IP address to third parties for the purpose of loading fonts.

The videos and images embedded on this website are also served from this website's own hosting server. No video platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo are embedded, and no third-party content is loaded.

This website links to external offerings, including the Shopify App Store, product sites such as pricecalcpro.de, and GitHub. If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the information you provide solely in order to handle your enquiry. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Server log files are stored by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted, unless they are needed to investigate security incidents. The controller itself does not store any personal data via this website.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
